With his wife Wendy Sung-Hee Ha and children Makenna and Maddox, Frank is proud to call Cerritos his home. He is a graduate of Whitney High School and has been a Cerritos resident since 1976, where he has been honored to serve the as City Councilmember and Mayor Pro Tem.
Frank’s record
Cerritos is at a critical moment and needs a proven leader to move the city forward. Since his election to the Cerritos City Council in 2017, Frank has provided bipartisan leadership that is transparent, ethical, and fiscally responsible. He has represented all residents while opposing extremist politics and favors to special interest groups.
