Since Frank was elected in 2017, more than 29,500 trees have been trimmed and 450 trees have been removed. Frank has prioritized tree maintenance and will continue to do so if re-elected.

Frank led the effort to install 4,591 new LED streetlights in the city of Cerritos to keep residents safe. He has also voted to fix our streets and sidewalks to keep pedestrians, drivers, and cyclists away from danger.

Between 2017-2020 while Frank was on the council, residential burglaries have decreased by 81%. He has always voted to approve funding for the Cerritos Sheriff’s Station and will continue to support our neighborhood watch programs.
